My career began at ANZ, where I served as a Home and Investment Lending Manager, gaining a solid foundation in lending practices. I then advanced to Commonwealth Bank, where I held the role of Relationship Executive and Private Banker, providing tailored financial solutions to meet clients' investment and lending needs. These roles have equipped me with a broad skill set in relationship management, financial strategy, and client-centered service.

Before launching my own venture, I spent five years as a Mobile Banker at National Australia Bank (NAB). During my time at NAB, I developed deep expertise in areas such as retail banking, credit risk management, and relationship management. My role involved working closely with both personal and business clients, helping them manage their financial needs while also analysing credit risk and offering tailored solutions.
With a strong foundation in commercial banking, risk management, and credit analysis, I am dedicated to helping businesses and individuals achieve their financial goals. My skills in credit risk and relationship management, paired with a proven track record in banking, allow me to offer invaluable insight and strategic advice to clients.

Allen Wu

Prior to joining Invest & Co Finance, I have been looking after many self employed clients as their direct point of contact and occupied roles of Relationship Banker and Business Development Executive for 18 years. I held broad experience from small business to large corporate trading businesses, equipment and property finance, trade and working capital and thrive on solving complex transactions.
I’ve spent my working life in providing full guidance to assist with both commercial and residential property purchases, new business purchases or expand business opportunities across diverse range of industries including (not limited to) medical, property investment and development finance, retail, import & export and manufacturing.
My experiences to date as a ‘bank insider’ means I know what it takes to get a better finance deal for our clients. I know what bank credit department think and operate and I understand how to negotiate better terms to help our clients in saving time and money. Flexibility of being a mortgage broker allows me to help direct customers to lenders that has appetite for their business specialty. I have access to 60+ lenders plus working closely with private equity firms to help clients in bridging potential gaps that major lenders can’t possibly dealt with. My expertise is not only around residential and commercial lending, I offer my clients with strong business and financial analysis skills, proven deal origination, structuring and negotiation skills and to ensure we act on client’s best interest and treat client privacy as core values in the business.

I loved playing with my kids during spare time, playing hide and seek, video games, watching movie. We also going to church every Sunday. I also love play basketball during Saturdays and Sundays as my hobby since I was a varsity on my college day.
I started working way back 2011 as Home Loan Documentation Assistant for Housing Loan in the Philippines where I’m doing all the loan documents for our clients, I spent almost 8 years in the Bank before decided to pursue other opportunity which I became a Customer service for more than 3 years with top real estate company assisting our clients with the unit inspection, signing of contract and turnover of the property to our clients. 2021 the year I was introduce to Australian mortgage. In which I started working as Broker Support Expert and after a year promoted to Broker Support Specialist for which most of my duties and responsibilities are doing servicing, pricing, valuation, data entry in the system of our clients, submission of loan application up to settlement.
Right now, with Invest&Co Finance my role is financial analyst working on scenario, Servicing, Pricing, Valuation and Data Entry in the system for our valued client to make sure the best outcome are achieved.
